Chad Jon Schneider


Founder and President of Image International, Chad started his successful modeling career at a young age. A member of SAG and AFTRA, veteran of national TV commercials, and magazine advertisements, Chad has traveled the world, working for dozens of major clients, including Tommy Hilfiger, Today’s Man, and Light ‘n’ Lively, among others. In 1989, Chad opened Image International and made history by creating the area’s first modeling and acting center that included a unique curriculum, legitimately teaching all of the complex dynamics of the industry. Chad has continued to build successful businesses: in 1995, he added Excape Hair Design Studio, and, in 2007, Metro Beauty Academy.

Denise DeMas

Vice President/Director

Denise DeMas, Vice President and Director of Image International, has been a critical force at the agency since day one. She started modeling locally at the age of 14. Her career took off with major runway, print, and TV bookings , both locally and nationally, for clients such as Lord & Taylor, Sears, Shula's, QVC, Mack Trucks, Sands Casino, and Runner's World, among others. Denise went on to work in Tokyo, Japan, booking runway and print jobs as well as TV commercials, prior to returning to the Valley to help launch Image International. Her experience in the industry is vast, serving as a modeling and acting educator, makeup artist, and talent agent.


Amber Csrenko

Children's Instructor

Amber is a recent graduate from Bloomsburg University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She works as a Kindergarten Teacher at Bright Horizons Child Care Center during the summer. Amber has a wide variety of experience with children after substituting at various school districts around the Lehigh Valley. As a child she completed the children’s modeling classes and holds valuable knowledge on our children’s program. After completing the Children’s program she has modeled in various Boscov’s Ads and commercials as well as Scuncii Hair Products. Amber is eager to teach kids what modeling is about while also having fun in the process.

Antoinette Elias

Acting Coach

Antoinette received her Secondary Education and English degrees and Arabic certificate from Temple University. She trains at MTB Acting Studio in New York City and has been a beauty model on QVC (Makeup Forever and Givenchy). Antoinette has performed in dozens of infomercials and commercials filming in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. She had a principal role in the world-premiere musical, The Centurion, and she has had both lead and supporting roles in several independent films. Antoinette has worked on many top television shows that film in New York City, including Blue Bloods and Orange is the New Black. She has worked with Spike Lee and most recently, Eric Stoltz, on the set of Madam Secretary. Antoinette speaks fluent Arabic and conversational French.

Charles Craig

Men's Instructor

Charles graduated from Messiah College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems and a minor in Computer Science. He works in IT and marketing and has experience in photography and videography. He completed the Men’s Program and enjoys modeling and professional photography.

Delphine Raka

Women's Instructor

Delphine started her modeling career in Paris, France at the age of 14. She has traveled all over Europe, living in Milan, Lisbon and Munich and doing projects in Porto for lingerie and catalogue shootings as well as Paris for Versace, Valentino, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Hermès, Aubade, and Dim. She has also done work for many French Catalogues, such as, La Redoute. After gaining experience as a catalog and lingerie model in Europe, Delphine moved to the United States in 2007 and joined Image International as a model in 2009. She now works for QVC and other various beauty companies as an on-air model. Her different experiences in the industry make her an amazingly beneficial instructor at Image International. She is thrilled to share her stories and teach new students what the industry is all about.

Diane Wagner

Acting Instructor

Diane Wagner has a BA in English from DeSales University and an MFA in Acting from Louisiana State University. As a member of Actor’s Equity, Diane performed in numerous productions across the country. Some of her favorite roles include Kate in Dancing at Lughnasa (LSU), Portia in The Merchant of Venice (Swine Palace), the Angel in Angels in America (Swine Palace) Katherina in The Taming of the Shrew (Tulane Shakespeare Festival and Sun Valley Shakespeare Festival) and Martha in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf performed at the Kennedy Center. She’s taught acting at Louisiana State University, DeSales University, Northampton Community College, The William Reynolds Agency in Atlanta, Georgia, and Image International. She is the Director of Theatre at the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts. Diane has extensive experience as a voice actor, and she continues to work professionally in both theatre and film. Her most recent film/TV credits are Goody Werkheiser in the spec pilot, Goody Goody and Mary Jankowski in Getting Grace.

Erin Pettit

Women's Instructor

Erin graduated from the Women's program at Image International. She had prior experience teaching and training in various settings. Erin has modeled for clients, such as Crayola, System Professionals, QVC and Lehigh Valley Style Magazine. When Erin isn't busy modeling, she likes to devote her time to her horse farm!



Jan received his Secondary Education degree in English from Bloomsburg University. He went on to pursue a certification in English as a Secondary Language specialist from Moravian College. With his extensive educational background, he now teaches 12th grade English, ESL, and Film Studies at Liberty High School in Bethlehem. Jan completed the Men's Program and has appeared in many ads for QVC, Dorney Park, CamelBeach,LV Magazine, to name a few.

Jenna Atkinson


Jenna has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Rider University. Since graduating, Jenna has traveled both locally and internationally bringing theatre to numerous audiences. She toured the New England area as an Actor/Educator with Children's Stage Adventures and most recently performed throughout Belgium and France with the Pickles Theatre Company helping people learn English through theatre. Since joining Image International in 2015 Jenna has worked with various beauty companies as an on-air model for QVC, performed in industrials and TV/Film both in Pennsylvania and New York City. Jenna is excited to share her stories and excitement for the industry with each new student!

Jim Vivian

Acting Coach

Jim is a graduate of Northampton Community College (Associate Degree in Education) and the Leland Powers School of Television Broadcasting (Boston, MA). He has been an acting teacher for over 25 years, performed in over 50 TV commercials, industrial films and TV productions in New York, Philadelphia, and the Lehigh Valley. Besides Image International, Jim has also taught acting at the Weist Barron School for Television (Philadelphia).

Katelynn Walsh

Makeup Artist

Katelynn, our lead makeup instructor, graduated from Makeup Designory, a top makeup school in Los Angeles, CA. Katelynn is a M.U.D. (Makeup Designory) certified instructor with a comprehensive resume; she specializes in everything from high fashion to special effects makeup. While living in L.A. Katelynn worked on various independent movies, many of which were featured at Sundance and many other large film festivals. A published author, her work has been included in beauty and fashion magazines and catalogs. Additionally, she has been involved with many fashion shows in the Tri-State area.

Lori Smith

Women's & Men's Instructor

Following her successful career in front of the camera as an international high-fashion model, it was only natural that Lori Smith take her industry knowledge and apply it behind the lens. As a Fashion photographer and a Make up Artist, Lori pays close attention to detail and her keen sense for creating beautiful images and faces comes naturally. After spending her formative years as a runway and editorial model who’s graced the pages of Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, and Cosmopolitan, Lori acquired a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of shooting from make-up to fashion styling.

Nicolle Lentz

Women's Instructor

Nicolle graduated from Image international's Women’s program in 2017. She is also a graduate of the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Performing Arts for Dance. Then continuing her education at Jacksonville University with a major in dance. She is a professional dancer that has traveled to Italy with dance company StaibDance during the summer months for two consecutive years. She is now commuting to New York City, working with numerous artists and companies. When Nicolle isn’t busy dancing, she is enjoying her career in modeling. Nicolle has worked with clients such as Lehigh Valley Style, Makeup by Roxy, QVC(Laura Geller, Smileactives, and It Cosmetics), Zebra Pen, Hand and Stone, Visit Philly, and many more.

Tiana Marie Gonzalez

Hair/Makeup Instructor

Tiana, a former Miss Pennsylvania of 2016, is a licensed cosmetologist for seven years. Her career ambition is to inspire others and beautify people from the inside out. Her strongest talent is singing, which has taken her to many venues to sing the national anthem. She has learned that everyone has a chance to create the life they dream of. With hard work anything is possible. Three words that best describe Tiana are cheerful, ambitious and outgoing.
